The race for more followers along with the ego behind profiles on social media, leads their followers to an idyllic digital world or even to share a fake reality that is the opposite to their own beliefs or social experiences.
Everyone wants to be an influencer, with something to say, share or promote. Primarily These influencers transmite politically correct ideas to protect themselves from haters or opinion makers.
The haters are fanatic followers, who are always looking at everything that is shared on social media. It looks like they are controlling the digital visibility (the more haters, more visibility). Haters have as a main role the control of social media for the good or bad on different influencers profiles.
The relationship between “Haters vs influencers” is the main theme for this metaphorical art project: The SuperMe.
