RILL

Rill was born in Portugal (Póvoa de Varzim) in 1988. He is a visual artist who presents his vision about issues of contemporary society through their paintings, drawings or installation.

His technique is influenced by the education in painting (Master’s degree) and graphic design (Degree), where he used to work with objects or two-dimensional supports to capture different approaches and apply them in his art projects. His work is based on interactions between bodies and the physical space.

The painting and his studio are the main drivers for the development of his art projects. Thus, he shows us, through his work, experiences, problems, histories and, also, memories, which are so often portrayed as a result of his artistic creation.
